* There will be NO "Gong Show" rule, only set time limits.
* All theme presentations must be registered the day of the Town Hall meeting,
on-site, before the meeting starts. Registered presenters will receive a number indicating
the order of their presentation.
* Themes without presentations still will be eligible for votes.
